Learn the basics of Customer Service and expand your understand of key words and phrases that would be used. This course is designed for English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) learners.  

Who is this course for?
Learners who are over 19 years of age, who have been resident in the EU for a minimum of 3 years. This course is for English for Speakers of Other Langauges (ESOL) learners who wish to develop their skills and understanding of customer service.

Course Aims
This four week course is perfect to learn basic English that will be used in Customer Service. A range of topics will be coved including how to have every day conversations that would assist with working in a customer service job. This course is suitable for beginners in English.

How will the course be delivered?
You will be working with your tutor and other learners face-to-face.

Will I need to study or practise outside the classroom?
It is always good to practise your skills, your tutor may encourage home research.

How will I know I am making progress?
Your tutor will set objectives for the session and give feedback on how you are progressing. You will agree personal targets as part of your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), and you will review your targets at the start and end of the session.

What will I need for the course?
Please bring a pen and notepad.
