How do I enrol?

To enrol on this course, you must have already completed the drawing & painting beginners or introduction to acrylics course.

Join me on a journey creating bright acrylic paintings in guided sessions suitable for everyone. Learn how to mix colour and apply it using a range of tools and techniques. Explore and experiment by making marks to create your very own unique artwork using acrylic paint using a variety of stimulus from the world around us, other artists work and your imagination. Learn something new today!
How will the course be delivered?
You will be working with your tutor and other students on a weekly basis, face to face.
Will I need to study or practise outside the classroom?
It is always useful to practice your skills between sessions. Your tutor may set some home learning for you to practice.
How will I know I’m making progress?
Your tutor will set objectives for each session and give feedback on how you are progressing. You will agree personal targets as part of your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), and you will review your targets throughout the course to check your own progress.
What will I need for the course?
There are additional resources required for the course at an approximate cost of £20. Information will be provided at course induction. Please bring a pen and notepad to each session.

Most courses attract a subsidy from the Education and Skills Funding Agency and can be used to match funding for ESF. It is a requirement of the ESFA that you complete various forms at different stages of your course, further information is available on request. Courses are subject to a minimum number of enrolments and could be cancelled if recruitment is low. In some cases, an alternative class at a different location may be offered. Room numbers are subject to change - please check when you arrive at the venue.
