19+, You must hold Level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths, or be working towards them alongside studying your Access to Higher Education Diploma.

Course description
Studying the interconnected relationship between health and society will help you to understand the world around us and the way it functions. You will also grasp a knowledge of human behaviour and how mental and physical health affects societal structures. During this course topics of study will include: Preparing for Success Academic Writing Skills Preparing a Written Assignment Health and Wellbeing Introduction to Psychology The History of the National Health Service Contemporary Issues in Social Policy Understanding Poverty Understanding Dementia Approaches to Health An Access to HE Diploma is the equivalent of 3 A Levels, so if you don’t have these qualifications, this diploma will help you meet entry requirements. Most universities accept Access to Higher Education Diplomas, but please check with your chosen establishment before you apply

Access to HE Diploma L3 OCNWM/AIM Internally Assessed Online Assignments with External Validation Process.

How will the course be delivered?
This course will be delivered mainly online using our Pearl eLearning platrform - you will also be supported through blended tutorials and contact with your assessor.
