Entry requirements
No previous experience is necessary. This course is aimed at beginners.

Course intent
This workshop will explore ways to cut down on single-use plastics in the home. Learners will discuss the impact plastic has on the future of our planet and take home a reusable beeswax wrap to use in place of cling film.

How will the course be delivered?
This a practical course delivered lead by tutor's demonstration. Handouts and video clips may be used.

What will I need for the course?
All materials will be provided.

How will I know I'm making progress?
The tutor will give learners both oral and written feedback.

Progression
Full courses will be available for learners to extend and develop their skills.

Please Note:
Most courses attract a subsidy from the Education and Skills Funding Agency and can be used to match funding for ESF. It is a requirement of the ESFA that you complete various forms at different stages of your course, further information is available on request. Courses are subject to a minimum number of enrolments and could be cancelled if recruitment is low. In some cases, an alternative class at a different location may be offered.
