This Level 3 Access to HE Diploma is designed to prepare you for university-level study in a variety of creative subjects. It is regulated by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and is widely recognised for entry into Higher Education

You must hold Level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths, or be working towards them alongside studying your Access to Higher Education Diploma.
Who is this course for?
The Access to HE Diploma is a full Level 3 qualification designed to prepare learners without traditional qualifications for entry into Higher Education (HE). The Diploma provides opportunity for learners to acquire and develop knowledge and skills needed
Course Summary
To achieve the Access to HE Diploma, students must achieve 60 credits. This must include 45 credits from the Creative Industries or Related Studies subject groups at Level 3.
15 credits from any combination of the Study Skills or Introductory Academic subject groups. Academic Study Techniques is mandatory within the Study Skills group.

Representation Theory
Photography Skills
Working to a Media Client Brief
Transitions from Written Text to Screen
Practical Interview Techniques
Pre-production Planning Techniques for the Creative Media
Industries
Ownership and Control in the Media
Imagery for the Creative and Digital Industry

Delivery will be a combination of face to face and online classroom sessions.

You will need to plan your study time carefully - this course is designed to be completed over 1 year.
